Bookings and payment

Accommodation is available on a first come first serve basis. Should your selected hotel be fully booked, we will notify you and make recommendations of alternate accommodation.

All services booked (accommodation, dinners, activities, transfers etc) are tentative and will not be confirmed until full payment is received. Bookings will be automatically released if full payment is not received within 7 days of receipt of the invoice. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Cancellations and changes

If you cancel any of the services you have booked (accommodation, meals, activities, transfers etc) this will result in a 100% cancellation fee. An administration fee of R85.00 will be charged every time you make a change to or amend your booking.

Personal accounts

Room service, phone calls, additional breakfasts, items taken from your mini-bar and other personal expenses will be charged to your room account. Please settle your personal account BEFORE you depart from the hotel. You can settle your room account in cash or by credit card.

Indemnity

By accepting this invitation, you agree that you will be fully responsible at all times for your own well-being, as well as for the safety of your possessions. You also acknowledge that you are aware of the physical conditions and risks associated with your participation in this trip. Furthermore, by virtue of your acceptance of this invitation, you indemnify Four D Marketing, IUAPPA, NACA, its officers, employees, agents and suppliers against all liability of whatever nature that may arise as a result of injury to your person or that of your partner or loss of or damage to your possessions. You also acknowledge that you are aware that it is your responsibility and prerogative to take out insurance against whatever losses and risks you may think fit.
